Haven’t gone to the city for awhile. For the first time, I noticed that there are not that many trees in the city.
Or maybe I should say, I’m used to seeing lots of trees these days, that I start to notice when I DON’T see lots of them?
and the city smells, err, funny.
I think I have transformed into a suburb girl.
November 11th. This is *still* Tasha.

I gathered the, err, courage? to go to the shelter again, on November 4th. I guess sometimes you just got to, like the old-timers always say, “think about the positives”?
I didn’t take any pictures that day.
I did notice a sleeping kitten, who looks extremely like LC.
For a brief moment, I thought Tasha was adopted; later I found out that she was moved to one of the bigger cat rooms.
This is Tasha.

She has only one eye.
She also has asthma, that’s how I noticed her, ’cause she was making noises, trying to breathe.
It seems like, her owner of 9 years surrendered her because… well, the reason wasn’t quite clear.
This picture was actually taken more than a month ago, on October 14th. That’s also the day I got my official volunteer badge.
I didn’t go to the shelter for more than two weeks after that day.
because I work a little harder,
and I exercise a little more often,
and I cook a little more frequently,
and I spend more time with my family,
and I get up and go to bed a little earlier,
and I clean up and organize my shtuff a little better,
and on,
and on,
and on…
Life throws a lot of curved balls at us, and I’m busy catching…
I’ll re-adjust,
and keep on blogging… ^_^
